Adnams Programme name change

Hi EveryoneAdnams Affiliate Window logo

We've now updated our programme name to 'Adnams' and updated our logo too!

Can you please update accordingly and remove any mention of 'Cellar & Kitchen' as this is a defunct term we don't use any more.
