Our distiller, John McCarthy, is constantly experimenting with new ingredients – some work brilliantly, others not so, but through constant trials, he can create some fascinating drinks on a small scale that would otherwise not be possible. This is his chance to get truly creative and gives you the opportunity to try some deliciously unique gins.
