How do you catch a squirrel? Climb up a tree and act like a nut of course! We’ve been in a nutty mood lately and it’s no wonder as today marks the annual celebration known as Squirrel Appreciation Day. In the spirit of being a little crazy, we’re giving away the last copies of our limited edition Naked Network calendar to the first 200 publishers that make a sale today! You can learn more on our blog - we wish you the best of luck.

Onto a more serious subject - did you know that we are now redirecting all traffic for advertisers with no mobile site to their desktop alternative? This is of great benefit to publishers who are finding themselves losing out on commissions. The solution is short term and once a mobile site has been implemented, traffic will be routed back to that. Learn more about this solution along with Quido Commercial Director, Andreas Andreou and Affiliate Window Strategy Director Kevin Edwards thoughts and comments via the A4u.

Finally, the next date for the IAB Affiliate Marketing Council Assembly has been confirmed for this Thursday 24th January at 3.30pm. The first meeting of 2013 will be held at the IAB offices in central London. In addition to taking a look forward in regards to AMC activity for the coming year, the main item on the agenda will be a presentation of the first IAB/PwC Online Performance Marketing Industry study. As usual, there will be networking drinks after the meeting and for those who would like to stick around; there will be an opportunity to meet key figures in the performance marketing industry.  Learn more about the meeting and social event on the IAB AMC website here.

Until next time,
