Established in 1981 on the shores of Rutland Water, Rutland Cycling has grown to become a major player on the UK cycle retail, online and hire scene, with Britain’s biggest bike shop and a leading Giant brand store, both in Rutland, plus two more centres located at Grafham Water, Cambs and Fineshade Wood, Northants.
We stock all the top bike brands, including Specialized, Trek, Giant, SCOTT, Moda, Orange and Whyte, and have been offering Cyclescheme to our customers since its inception over 10 years ago. Alongside our successful retail expansion, Rutland Cycling has built a strong online presence.
More recently, we have added to our core cycling offering with Outdoor and Triathlon ranges. Online and in store, we stock a quality selection of outdoor brands, including Jack Wolkskin, Meindl, Gelert, Coleman, The North Face and Petzl. For the triathlete, we stock Blueseventy, Specialized, Giant, SCOTT, Oakley, ISM Adamo and more.
Our venues, together with our regular rides and events programme and our large cycle hire and demo fleet (over 750 bikes, all new each year), combine to offer a unique opportunity to test ride a new bike in beautiful surroundings on traffic-free trails, receive expert advice from our experienced team, or just be inspired by a great day’s pedalling!
