Publisher News

We’re now live! Valentine’s Day saw us announce the launch of our new Live Chat service which allows our publishers to take part in real time chat sessions with any one member of our dedicated support staff. Long past are the days where you needed to pick up the telephone or wait for an email to arrive in your inbox -we are now accessible in real time during working hours, so whenever you’re lonely and in need of a helping hand, all you have to do is log in as Live Chat is integrated directly into the interface! We should mention that the existing ticketing system is still fully supported and serviced as per usual so you can also catch us on there. Speak soon :).

Great features such as Live Chat are not only helpful to our publishers but are also very attractive to existing and potential advertisers. We are very excited to announce that Fragrance Direct have chosen to consolidate their programme from Webgains and Affiliate Future and partner exclusively with us. Find out their reasons for this and how this will impact the strategy of their online perfume shop by reading our interview with the brand on our blog.

We have been chatting a lot in the last week, talking to industry contacts from across the globe. We also caught up with Geno Prussakov, a well-known affiliate marketing evangelist, author, speaker, Founder & Chair of Affiliate Management Days and the CEO & Founder of AM Navigator LLC, to discuss his involvement as media sponsor and speaker at PMI: New York. Don’t forget, as Titanium Sponsors we have secured a generous discount on your registration for a full 2-day pass. Simply enter AWINCLIENT15% when registering online to save 15% at the checkout.

Finally, it has been three weeks since the IAB and PwC released the UK’s first ever study on the Online Performance Marketing industry. Key industry decision makers, including Affiliate Window’s Managing Director, Mark Walters sat down with the A4u to have their say about the report which set out to assess and outline an accurate portrayal of the size and value of the industry in the UK. Have a read of their comments and observations in the A4u’s article Q&A: Affiliate Industry's Decision Makers Give Their View on the IAB OPM Study.

Until next time,
