The sun hasn’t retired quite yet, however there is a slight chill in the air. Autumn is here and with it comes longer nights, hot chocolate, chunky sweaters, crunchy leaves and the urge to curl up in front of the fireplace. Each season has it perks, but none quite like Autumn, as it’s also the best time of year to showcase your best outfits with a range of accessories and layering techniques at your disposal. Don’t forget that Fashion Week touches down in London on Friday, and seeing the potential in our stylish populace, Natalie Massenet MBE, founder of Net-A-Porter and chairman of the British Fashion Council has urged the nation to dress up. No need to ask us twice, head over to our new and improved Hub for a dose of inspiration.

A million miles away from fashion and only 195 miles away from the fashion capital of London, the 4th annual LeedsHack event took place last month which we had the pleasure of sponsoring again for 2013. LeedsHack is the north of England’s largest hackday. Introduced in 2010 by Dom Hodgson, the premise lies in bringing together a group of technology innovators and discovering what can be created in a 24 hour period. Finally, our August mobile stats are now in. August saw us generate more mobile clicks than ever before with 113 clicks every minute through the iPad and more sales through the iPhone than we did in the whole of Q1 2012.
